An event that began March 22rd, 2020, we have continued due to the demand and the gifts this community engenders each and every Sunday. In so many ways, it’s become a family - a family that brings in and embraces new members each week and we would love for you to join us!

Meditation reduces stress, combats anxiety and depression, and boosts the immune system (vs. stress which conversely depresses the immune system).

Meditation also creates fertile ground for neural plasticity AND aids in overall contentment (which we could all use!) amongst a host of other amazing benefits. And that’s just the short-list.
